The Black Sheep Inn aims to provide a comfortable and educational experience for guests. This includes teaching about the area, local customs and Permaculture. The Inn is also contributing to and improving the community and the natural environment. The goal of the Eco-Lodge is to be a leader in environmental stability and ecotourism.

Black Sheep Inn offers affordable lodging in the heart of the rural Ecuadorian Andes. As well, the Ecolodge is at a 10,400 feet elevation, and the views will also take your breath away! Truly off the beaten path, you can enjoy many activities. The activities include horseback riding, mountain biking and day hiking as well as a zipline cable swing. The Inn has spectacular views all around, as well as delicious vegetarian cooking and home baked deserts. Guests can indulge in a wood-fired sauna, hot-tub, massage, gymnasium, yoga studio and also family fun. The Inn also boasts the highest Frisbee golf course in the world.

The Eco-lodge is a Day Hikers & Walkers Paradise. Several micro-climates and attractions are all within walking distance from the Black sheep Inn. These include: Laguna Quilotoa, a volcanic crater-lake, and Rio Toachi Canyon. Also included are Iliniza Ecological Reserve, with huge tracts of Cloud Forest and high Andean Paramó alpine grasslands.
